MAKING MOVEMENT
MAKE SENSE

Rather than focussing on a single joint, muscle, or symptom; we consider the interactions of movement quality, physical capacity, lifestyle, and the body’s ability to adapt to load. In understanding these factors, the goal is to identify meaningful contributors to a presentation and develop a plan that supports long-term function, resilience, and confidence in movement.

RECOVERY

The body constantly adapts to stress. Understanding how daily activities, work, training, sleep, and recovery interacts helps guide sustainable progress while reducing unnecessary setbacks.

MOVEMENT

How you move matters. Assessing movement quality, coordination, and movement strategies helps identify patterns that may influence symptoms, efficiency, and performance.

CAPACITY

Movement and Locomotion depends on more than just mobility. Strength, endurance, joint flexibility and tissue capacity all influences how well the body tolerates physical demands.
