To Regain Confidence in Movement.

MEET
ANTONIO

An allied health professional focused on addressing the effects of musculoskeletal conditions, and their affects on human movement and quality of life.

Antonio’s entire approach is centred on understanding how biomechanics, load distribution, and musculoskeletal capacity interact to influence function and mobility. His background in osteopathy, pedorthics, and strength & conditioning provides multiple perspective layers for which he can assess function and support individuals regain confidence in how they move and function.

Antonio sees patients throughout the Greater Montreal Region.

MAKING MOVEMENT
MAKE SENSE

Rather than focussing on a single joint, muscle, or symptom; we consider how movement quality, physical capacity, lifestyle, and the body’s ability to adapt to load works together. By understanding these interacting factors, the goal is to identify meaningful contributors to your symptoms and develop a plan that supports long-term function, resilience, and confidence in movement.

RECOVERY

The body constantly adapts to stress. Understanding how daily activities, work, training, sleep, and recovery interact helps guide sustainable progress while reducing unnecessary setbacks.

MOVEMENT

How you move matters. Assessing movement quality, coordination, and movement strategies helps identify patterns that may influence symptoms, efficiency, and performance.

CAPACITY

Movement depends on more than mobility. Strength, endurance, joint mobility, and tissue capacity all influence how well the body tolerates physical demands.

WHO WE HELP

People With Movement Limitations
and Persistent Pain

People experiencing persistent pain and whom are limited in their day to day life often benefit from understanding how function, load, and footwear may be contributing to their symptoms. Rather than focusing solely on where pain is felt, our approach considers the factors that may be influencing function over time.

LOAD-RELATED
DISCOMFORT

Discomfort or fatigue during walking, standing, or daily activity; often influenced by how load is distributed through the lower limb system.

REDUCED TOLERANCE TO ACTIVITY

Difficulty maintaining usual levels of activity due to pain, fatigue, or mechanical overload.

RECURRENT OR PERSISTENT SYMPTOMS

Symptoms that return over time
or do not fully resolve.

MOVEMENT
INEFFICIENCY

Perceived imbalance, compensatory strategies, or reduced efficiency during walking, running, or functional tasks.

FOOTWEAR-RELATED INFLUENCE

Situations where footwear appears to significantly affect comfort, stability, or movement performance.
