Break the
Cycle of Pain
Helping Adults Overcome Persistent Pain
And Movement Limitations To Regain
Confidence In Motion.

MEET
ANTONIO
A professional focused on addressing the effects of musculoskeletal conditions, and their affects on human performance.
Antonio’s approach is centred on understanding how symptoms affect function. Rather than relying on a predetermined protocol, he uses the assessment process to identify factors most relevant to the presentation. These may include limitations in flexibility, mobility, strength, movement skill, or tissue capacity. This layered approach helps to support individuals in regaining confidence in motion.
Antonio sees individuals throughout the Greater Montreal Region.
MAKING MOVEMENT
MAKE SENSE
Rather than focussing on a joint moment or a symptom, we consider the interaction of load, capacity, recovery, and adaptation. In understanding these factors, the goal becomes to identify meaningful contributors to a presentation and develop a plan which supports function, resilience, and confidence in motion.
UNDERSTAND
Find out what is actually limiting
movement and performance.
We examine how you move, what your body can tolerate, and which factors may be limiting function.
RESTORE
Address the factors that are
holding you back.
This may involve improving mobility, addressing a restriction, developing strength, etceteras.
BUILD
Turn improvement into
lasting function.
The goal is to develop capacity in order to handle the demands of life, work, and activities you love.
WHO WE HELP
People with Movement Limitations
and Persistent Pain
Looking to Move Better
Whether you’re trying to stay active, return to exercise, or simply get through the day with fewer limitations, care is centred around understanding why movement has become difficult and not just where it hurts. Together, we’ll identify the factors influencing your symptoms and develop a plan that helps you build confidence, improve function, and return to the activities that matter to you the most.
PERSISTENT
PAIN
Pain that has lingered or keeps coming back, making everyday movement feel uncertain or limited.
DIFFICULTY
STAYING ACTIVE
Pain, stiffness, or fatigue that makes it harder to work, exercise, or enjoy the activities you value.
RECURRENT
INJURIES
Problems that seem to resolve, only to return when you become
more active again.
MOVEMENT
CHALLENGES
Feeling unstable, hesitant, or like your body isn’t moving the way it used to.
RETURNING
TO ACTIVITY
Looking for guidance to safely return to exercise or an active lifestyle after injury or time away.
Still Deciding?
You don’t need to be certain, book a
consultation to discuss your situation.
If another type of care is more appropriate,
you will be guided to the right professional.
