HOW THE
PRACTICE OPERATES

Antonio operates an independent private-pay practice, providing conservative foot and lower limb care. Appointments, recommendations, and care plans are guided by clinical findings and individual needs rather than third-party insurance requirements.

The goal is to provide transparent, individualized care while ensuring you understand how appointments, payment, and insurance documentation are managed.

WHAT THIS
MEANS FOR YOU

As a private-pay practice
– Payment is made at the appointment
– Receipts are provided following the visit
– Required supporting documents
for insurance claims are supplied

Because insurance policies differ between
providers, reimbursement cannot be
guaranteed. Individuals are encouraged to
verify their coverage before consulting.

HOW CARE
IS DELIVERED

Every individual presents with different goals, symptoms, and clinical findings. For this reason, appointments are individualized rather than standardized.

Depending on your presentation, care may include consultation, clinical services, rehabilitation planning, or, where appropriate, product recommendations. Not every component is appropriate for every individual, and recommendations are discussed before they are provided.

For a detailed overview of consultation fees and available services, please refer to the Fee Schedule.

WHY THIS
PRACTICE MODEL

The private-pay model allows care decisions to remain focused on clinical needs rather than insurance requirements.

This approach allows us to
– Individualize care based on findings
– Recommend services according to need
– Maintain transparent pricing
– Provide flexible scheduling
– Allocate appropriate time with individuals

PAYMENT
METHODS

Payment is accepted by
– Debit
– Credit Card
– eTransfer
– Cash

Receipts are provided following your appointment for your personal records and, where applicable, for submission to private insurance providers.
