Base Rate
Office Visit
$110.00 – 30 Minutes
A focused consultation to review concerns,
history, goals, and progress. This visit
determines the appropriate care pathway.
Additional clinical services are applied
only when clinically indicated.
Additional Time
$25.00 Per 15 Additional Minutes
Additional time may be added when a
consultation requires extended duration for
assessment, discussion, or treatment.
All extensions require patient agreement
prior to continuation.

Care is delivered through a combination of consultation time, clinical services, and recommended products. Not all services are required for every individual, and care is tailored based on clinical findings and presentations.

Osteopathic Musculoskeletal Therapy
$40.00
Osteopathic therapy techniques to support
mobility, tissue function, and movement quality.
May include joint mobilization, soft tissue
techniques, and neuromuscular re-education.
Personalized Exercise Program
$210.00 – 3 Month Progression
A structured exercise program designed to
improve mobility, strength, motor control,
and functional capacity. Includes corrective
exercise, mobility training, and
strength progression.
Products
Compression Garments
Quote Required
Compression garments may be recommended
based on clinical findings to support circulation,
manage swelling, or assist recovery. Proper
fitting guidance and usage instructions
are provided.
Sale of medical-grade compression
requires physician authorization.

Applied when appointments are cancelled
with less than 48 hours’ notice.
PAYMENT & INSURANCE
Services are privately paid at the time of visit. Receipts are provided for
potential reimbursement through third-party insurance plans, depending
on individual coverage.
